My meditation master says " 98% of thought is nonsense!! Relax relax and do abdominal breathing, observe breath then body sensation. After going through those process you can reach how to observe your emotion. " Empty brain is not easy. My meditation time is always thinking of food menus... what I should eat after this session and so on.
My healing master is so sweet always. Whenever I see her I feel like I am going back to my cocoon. I feel like she has many hands to touch me like octopus hands....She says you are always welcome to be healed. Her hands are shifting bright healing energy of universe. How I am lucky to receive it.
My emotional training master is pretty strong but so careful person. She does not miss any emotional movement of me then select words carefully to lead me. She says "Do not try to proof yourself." This word save me so much.
My Yoga master teaches me how to breath. Before learning from her, I was not breathing correctly. She awake me as saying " Breathing is our friend. Breath leads us." What a truth of life is. I am breathing every single moment. It means I am happy every single moment. Thank you my masters.
